How do I personalize my item?

Enter your personalization exactly as you would like it to appear in the personalization box before adding the item to your cart.

Can I preview my design before it ships?

Yes! Many personalized items allow you to select custom font and color options directly on the product page.

Will I receive a proof before my order is completed?

Yes. A proof will be sent prior to completion for approval on all personalized items.

What if I entered the wrong personalization?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.”

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Most orders ship within 10–14 business days unless otherwise noted on the listing.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Damages

Can I return personalized items?

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.
