Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of the products, we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

If your order is customized, you will receive a picture proof via email.  It is your responsibility to double check the proof for spelling errors or incorrect information.  Once the proof is approved by you, Wild Blossoms Boutique is NOT responsible for any spelling errors or incorrect information that is printed on the product. 

Please read all information in the listing description so you fully understand the size and details of the product you are purchasing.  Apparel items will NOT be refunded if the wrong size is ordered.  

Damages, Incorrect Items, and other issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival (within 3 business days) and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We go over all items we send out...however, sometimes it is possible to receive a damaged item. If you think you have a damaged or defective item, please contact us at infor@wildblossomsboutique.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.  We will request verification of the defect via return or photo (including photos of packaging if damaged) so we can provide a replacement. 

We are human, errors are possible, and mistakes do happen. If we send you incorrect items, please contact us at info@wildblossomsboutique.com so we can correct your order as quickly as possible.

If an item is no longer available, we will issue you store credit or a refund.
